Description
It is a Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer suitable for mild steel surface, Wood Surface, Concrete Surface of both interior and exterior surfaces. Luxol QD Epoxy Primer can be Top Coated with Enamel & Epoxy paint. Unlike most of the competitor products, it is in single pack and thereby easy to apply. It is Superior to Zinc Yellow Primer & Red Oxide Primer.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface is free from dust, dirt, loose particles and moisture. 1 or 2 coats of primer can be used, depending on requirement. For best results, it is advisable to give 8-10 hours drying time before application of subsequent coats. Do not overthin. Stir well before use. Remove grease, oil and other contaminants preferably by using Bison Degreasing Solvent. Blast clean to minimum of standard 2½ Swedish standard SIS 05 5900 with a surface profile not exceeding 35-40 microns. If blasting is not practical, make full use of mechanical tools along with manual chipping and wire brushing to remove loose rust.
