HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order with shop.bergerpaints.com is easy.
- Firstly, please select the items you wish to purchase then click the Purple “Add to Cart” button to add the item in your cart. Continue doing the same process with any other items you wish to purchase. For paints, you will need to select Colour (Shade), Pack Size and Quantity.
- Once your shopping is complete, click on the “Cart” icon at the top right of the page to confirm your order.
- Select “Place Order” to checkout.
- You will then be redirected to either create a new account if not already registered or login to your existing account to proceed with your order. Follow the options given at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
- You will be then prompted to the “Address” page. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT ONLINE?
When purchasing online with shop.bergerpaints.com, you can make the payment via the following methods:

- If your item is dispatched locally, you will receive a notification along with an OTP. When the delivery boy comes to your doorstep, he places all the paint buckets, tools etc just outside the door. Then once you are satisfied with products, quantity etc, you can share the OTP with him verbally, and he will enter it in his app. Upon successful validation of OTP, the order is marked as delivered.
- If your order is dispatched via third party logistics, we will receive the tracking ID for your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
